We are looking for a skilled Middle JavaScript Backend Developer to join our distributed team building next-generation communication solutions for clients across Latin America.
⭐️ What You'll Do
- Design and develop intelligent bots using our VoxEngine and internal APIs to enhance customer communication. These bots will handle inbound calls, perform outbound campaigns, gather statistics, manage call routing, and more.
- Build and maintain the supporting infrastructure for these bots, including databases, backend services, and small frontend applications.
- Develop robust backend services for additional features such as custom APIs, data aggregation, and advanced analytics.
- Deploy, configure, and manage services on cloud platforms like Google Cloud and/or AWS using VMs, serverless containers, and cloud functions.
- Maintain, optimize, and provide support for existing and legacy projects.
- Work with modern LLM APIs, define function tools in voice bots.
- Follow internal code standards and reuse internal modules, contribute to the new ones.
- Contribute to team growth by assisting with onboarding, conducting code reviews, and helping to build internal tools, shared modules, and best practices.
